DATED :
AUGUST 1, 2016.
P.C. :
Petitioner has numerous grievances against police of Khar Police Station. Twice petitioner's family members filed complaints with police that somebody has stolen files kept in drawer of their office in the year 2013 but that complaint was not looked into. Another grievance is that no action has been taken on the representation addressed to the then Additional Commissioner of police Mr.Vishwas Nagare Patil on 22nd December, 2012 against some unknown person and police officer who had picked up the petitioner's family members on 2nd June, 2012 at 6.00 p.m. and taken them to Khar Police Station. This
rpa 2/2 wp-3622-13.doc petition is filed in the year 2013 and is pending since then and adjourned from time to time.
Learned APP submits that he has not been given any specific instructions. We can not keep the petition pending for indefinite period. In case petitioner still has grievance, he may file appropriate composite representation addressed to the DCP of concerned zone within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, we direct the DCP shall look into the matter.
By keeping all issues on merits open, petition stands disposed of.
