P.C.:- For the reasons recorded separately, I pass the following order :

ORDER

I) BA No. 2304 of 2018 is allowed.

ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. I/124/2018 registered with Central Police Station, Ulhasnagar, Thane on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Shubham

906-ba.2304.2018.doc iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence. The applicant shall not approach the complainant. The applicant shall report the concerned police station once in month on the 1st Saturday of the month between 10.00 am to 12.00 pm till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant shall attend the trial Court on the date of the hearing of the case regularly unless exempted by the Court for some reason.

iv) The application stands disposed of.
