Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification in Clause(i) of para 7 of the order dated 08.05.2015 passed by this Court in ABA No.1826 of 2014. The condition of which modification is sought reads thus :-
"(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that despite several attempts to get local sureties, as he was unable to furnish local sureties in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, he filed an application, being Cri.Appln.No.755 of 2015 in B.A.No.1826 of 2014, seeking modification of the aforesaid order and prayed that the applicant be permitted to furnish sureties from Malegaon District instead of local sureties. He submits that infact vide order dated 04.09.2015, the aforesaid condition was modified by this Court (CORAM : REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) and the applicant was permitted to furnish surety from Malegaon District instead of local sureties, pursuant to which time was again extended by a period of four weeks to furnish surety.

Today, by this application, the applicant seeks to furnish surety from Washim District instead of Malegaon District.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed to the extent that the applicant is, now, permitted to furnish surety from Washim District instead of Malegaon District.

Learned counsel for the applicant on the instructions of the applicant, who is present in Court, states that he will not seek any further extension or modification.
Accordingly, the applicant is, now, permitted to furnish surety from Washim District. In view of the same, time to furnish surety is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The Application is disposed of on the
aforesaid terms.
