DATED : 3rd OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to a communication addressed to the Director of M/s.BKZ Distribution SDN, Kuala Lampur, and the response is received. On it's perusal, it can be seen that when asked, whether the letter of Authorization for Distributorship of Latex Gloves, Nitrile Gloves and Surgical Gloves was allotted in favour of M/s.Saii International, the response is in the negative. He submit that the case of the prosecution that the letter produced, delivered to the complainant was forged one, falls to it's ground. 2/2 914 ABA 2702-22.doc In any case, since notice u/s.41A is issued to the applicant, let he report to the concerned police station on 10th, 11th, and 12th October 2022 between 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. He shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer in the process of investigation.

On his presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41-A of Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to a conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting his arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance. Application is disposed off.
