Learned counsel for the parties have placed on record Consent Term dated 22.04.2019 duly signed by the applicant and the respondent and identified by their respective lawyers. 2.

In view of the consent term, clause no. (4), the applicant and the respondent have agreed to file an application for divorce by mutual consent in pending Marriage Petition no. 63 of 2018. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over Demand Draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs Fifty Thousand) to the counsel for the applicant in terms of consent term. Learned counsel for the applicant has also handed over the documents in terms of prayer clause (8) of the consent term.
