DATE : 27th FEBRUARY 2024 P. C. :- 1.
It is true that on 15th January 2024 this Court has directed the parties to apprise the Court about deposit of fine/ compensation, if any. The sentence is already suspended on 28th September 2017. There is concurrent finding of fact and conviction under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. This is a Revision filed by the original Accused.

7-REVN-505-2017.doc 2.
Today, learned Advocate for the Applicant tendered two documents. They are :- (i) Copy of Consent Terms executed in between the Applicant and the complainant on 22 nd January 2018 . It is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'X'.
(ii) Copy of two emails dated 15 th January 2024 . It is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'Y'.
3.
I have read both of them. It seems that parties have arrived at the amount which the Applicant has to pay to the complainant and the time schedule is also given. It seems that the parties have complied with the terms and in spite of the emails, the Applicant has not contacted his Advocate. Even there is a reference of Consent Terms and bringing the original copy of the Consent Terms for the purpose of necessary compliance. It seems that the Applicant has not responded. 4.
Considering the above circumstances, there is no point in keeping this Revision pending. It is disposed of. 5.
In view of disposal of the Revision Application, Interim Application also stands disposed of.
