Mr. Gujjar, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the basis of instruction from the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is only pressing for relief in terms of prayer clause (c) of this Petition which read thus:

"This Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of the Municipal Election No. 8 of 2017 in Small Causes Court, Mumbai".

Since the Election Petition was filed in the year 2017, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the Election Petition as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of parties produces the authenticated copy of this order.

The parties to appear before the learned trial Court on 9th April, 2019 and produce the authenticated copy of this order. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
