However, taking into consideration the inordinate delay caused in filing the present Application, subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai, within a period of three weeks from today, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 1/2
