In the present Petition, the Petitioner sought to challenge the impugned order dated 14th October, 2011 passed by the M.P.I.D. Court. In the meantime, it is admitted fact that the Appellant has been granted bail and consequently validity of M.P.I.D. has already been upheld by this Court and confrmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
