Learned APP on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation of present crime i.e C.R No.118 of 2022 registered with Nhava Sheva Police Station, Navi Mumbai, police have submitted charge sheet on 23rd January 2023 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel. As no evidence was found against the Applicant during investigation, her name is dropped from the array of accused persons.
