This Application is taken out by the original Petitioner to bring heirs of Respondent No.2 on record. The heirs of Respondent No.2 have filed their reply. None present on behalf of Respondent No.2(a) to 2(c). Perused the reply. It is stated that these Respondents have no objection if they are brought on record but Applicant has not explained the delay. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that after intimation was received from the Advocate for Respondents, application was immediately filed. The reason given is satisfactory. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
