Heard the Learned Advocates for the parties. Following order is passed by consent :- (a) The S.C. Suit No.2868 of 2010 filed in the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay shall remain stayed until of Testamentary Suit No.158 of 2015 is decided. 2.

Ad-interim order passed in the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay shall continue.
