Yesterday, matter was called out for admission. None appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. Therefore, it was adjourned to today's date.

Today, also nobody appears on behalf of the Petitioner despite repeated call. It seems that the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this PIL. That apart, the prayer clause show that the Petitioner has sought ban on the movie "Haseena Parkar", which was scheduled to be released on 22nd September 2017. Learned AGP makes a statement that the said movie was released on that scheduled date and therefore this PIL is rendered infructuous. The PIL having been rendered infructuous, is dismissed on that count. [SMT.
