By this interim application, the applicant prays that the State Government be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 3rd August 2023 seeking recognition to the school being conducted by the petitioner.

Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, respondent no.4 shall consider the representation dated 3rd August 2023 and take a decision thereon within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this
