This application is for setting aside the conditional order dated 12th July 2023 and for restoration of the writ petition. There is a delay in filing application. The application sets out the grounds for condonation of delay as well as for restoration of the application. 2.

Subject to the applicant removing all office objections within a period of two weeks, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
