The Appellant is the owner of the vehicle. Under an order dated 10th December 2014, the Appellant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.4,25,000/-, which he has done. Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 have withdrawn that amount from the Executing Court. 6.

In this view of the matter, there will a stay in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Civil Application. 7.

The Civil Application is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
