This Application is preferred by the original Respondent No.1 for stay of the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 07/05/2009 passed by the MACT, Thane in Application No.228/2004. By the impugned judgment and award, the Tribunal held that the Respondent-Claimants are entitled to compensation of Rs.4,88,000/- with 7.5% p.a. interest from the date of petition till realization. 2.

Office note shows that the present Civil Application stood dismissed against Respondent Nos.1 to 5 i.e. original claimants as well as owner of the vehicle.
