3) The applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1610 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 within same stipulated period.
