The above Civil Application has been filed inter-alia for deleting the Petitioner No.1 as she has expired, for setting aside the abatement as the heirs of the Petitioner No.1 i.e. Petitioners No.3 to 5 are already on record. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 5 submits to the order of the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. List the petition for admission. The amended cause title to be served on the other side.
