A praecipe has been filed by the Respondent No.2 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27/09/2016 passed in the above Civil Application. The correction is sought in respect of the date "09/09/2016" mentioned in paragraph 3 on page 3 of the said order. The Respondent No.2 seeks substitution of the said date by the date "03/09/2010", in support of which an affidavit affirmed on 14/10/2016 has been filed to which has been annexed the Certificate of Incorporation of the said Supermax Personal Care Private Limited which Certificate is dated 03/09/2010. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the original Applicant in the above Civil Application Shri T R Yadav has no objection to the said date being corrected and substituted by the date "03/09/2010".

(16) caw-2026.14 During the course of hearing of the application for speaking to the minutes of the order, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the original Applicant in the above Civil Application Shri T R Yadav also pointed out certain factual errors which have crept in and which are reflected on page 1 of the said order. In line 3 the word "without" to be substituted by the words "with full". In line 5 the number of Writ Petition to be corrected to "5743 of 2013". In line 6 the date "16/06/2014 to be substituted by the date "14/08/2013". The order to stand corrected accordingly. The parties to be furnished with a copy of the corrected order if applied for.
