This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The learned APP for the respondent/ State submits that the trial has already commenced and the prosecution has examined three witnesses. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application and the same is rejected. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than four years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to fle fresh application for bail. 4.
