This is an application for condonation of delay and for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 on record. Respondent No.1 died on 16.12.2017 and there is a delay of 1 year and 166 days in filing the application. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the proposed legal representatives are served. However, none appears. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in term of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
