Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who seeks protection from arrest in C.R.No.344 of 2022, registered with Wada Police Station, which invoke Sections 307, 323 and 326 of I.P.C.

Learned A.P.P. has produced on record the injury certificate, which refect a CLW over frontal region admeasuring 6 x 3 x . The doctor has specifically stated that 1⁄2 17 stitches were required to close the said wound and two pieces of glass were found inside the wound. The opinion expressed is, sharp glass can cause the above injury. M.M.Salgaonkar

Looking to the version of the complainant, who has specifically attributed a role to the applicant, his custodial interrogation is very much necessary, as the injury could have caused his death.
