1. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that her client, the husband of the applicant has met with an accident and, therefore, is unable to remain present in the Court and will also not be able to remain present before the Registrar Judicial in a short span of time. She submits that the signature on the consent terms have been executed in her presence. I therefore waive the requirement for the husband's presence to verify the signature on the consent terms.

2. By these consent terms, the parties have agreed to the transfer as prayed in the Miscellaneous Civil Application. 1/2 58--mca-503-2022.doc Nikita

3. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of the consent terms.

4. Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
