Learned counsel for the Respondent identifies the Respondents. The Respondents, who are present in the Court confirm the contents in the Consent Terms. Hence, Consent Terms are accepted and marked as Exh. 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

In view of the Consent Terms, the appeal is disposed of and decree is to be drawn in terms of Consent Terms. 4.

In view of the disposal of main appeal, the civil application No.78 of 2015 does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
