The Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the DRAT to challenge the order impugned passed by the DRT. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to dismiss the Writ Petition by relegating the Petitioner to adopt alternate remedy available in law. Needless to state that interim protection granted earlier to continue.
