In respect of the grievance raised in the present writ petition, the Petitioner has already filed criminal case bearing No. CMA 74 of 2015 before the JMFC Chandgad, District Kolhapur. The Petitioner in-person submitted that since process of JMFC Court is slow, he has approached this Court by way of present writ petition. That cannot be ground to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. [Dr. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.] patilsr 2 / 2
