This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail in C.R. No. 80 of 2017 dated 15.03.2017 registered with Sahar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 370, 465, 468, 471, 419, 420, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants and the learned APP. Perused the charge-sheet.

It is the prosecution case in brief that, the Applicants being Srilankan Nationals with a view to go to London for employment, procured forged, fabricated and bogus passports of India and on the basis of the same, further procured VISA in the name of British Nationals. That, the Applicants also procured boarding passes of British Airways Flight No. BA-138. There is Sneha Chavan 1/2

39 ba 2182-17=.doc overwhelming evidence on the record showing the complicity of the Applicants in the present crime.

As noted earlier, the Applicants are Srilankan Nationals and if released on bail, will not be available for trial.

In view of the above, I find no merits in the application. Application is accordingly, rejected.
