By an order dated 20.9.2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief. By a further order dated 5.10.2017 the Applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer and to join the process of investigation.

On instructions, the learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has complied with the directions issued by this Court. 3.

Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that the Applicant has been alleged

RNG 2/2 2-aba-1663.17 to have extended threat to mathadi workers at Ramwadi, Pune and the co-accused namely Amit Sonawane and Nikhil Thorat assaulted the witnesses with fists. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

The interim relief granted by order dated 20.9.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
