The applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i.e. U.A.E. from 25th September, 2018 till 10th October, 2018. 2.

The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27th April, 2016 passed in Bail Application No.755 of 2016. While granting bail several conditions were imposed and one of the condition was that the applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court and furnish his permanent address to the Investigating Officer alongwith documentary proof of his address.

It is submitted that the applicant is an Actor and Television

Priya Soparkar 502 appp 1079-18 in ba 755-16-cr Artist and Stand-up Comedian and for performing his show he is required to travel to U.A.E. during the said period. It is submitted that the applicant was earlier granted permission to travel abroad by this Court by order dated 11th July, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.531 of 2017.

Considering the fact that applicant was earlier permitted to travel to Spain and Portugal for a period of one month i.e. from 12th July, 2017 to 12th August, 2017. Hence, order:

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.1079 of 2018 is allowed. (ii) The applicant is allowed to travel to U.A.E. from 25th September, 2018 to 10th October, 2018. This condition is relaxed till 10th October, 2018.

(iii) The applicant shall give his itinerary and details of the travel to the Investigating Officer.

(iv) The applicant shall appear before Valiv police Station, Vasai within one week after he returns to India. (v) Application is disposed of.
