Heard Mr. Subhas Sadashiv Risbud, petitioner in person and Mr. Rajesh More, learned Counsel for respondents. 2.

By this Application, petitioner has sought review of order dated 01.10.2014 passed in Civil Revision Application No.805 of 2014. He has also prayed for absolving petitioner from the assurance given by him during hearing on 01.10.2014 and permit him to pursue the perjury cases filed in this Court and Small Causes Court, Pune. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Risbud seeks permission to withdraw. Mr. More has no objection. 4.

On the motion made by Mr. Risbud, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
