Both the Counsel appearing for the parties agree that by passage of time, the Petition is rendered infructuous. It is further informed that the Change Reports in respect of the Trust are pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Thane and inspite of issuance of directions on earlier occasions while disposing of Writ Petition No.5426 of 2014 on 10.02.2015, the matters remained to be disposed of. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would be met if the Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to dispose of the pending Change Report proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 8 weeks from today, and it is accordingly directed. The parties before us undertake to extend co-operation to the Assistant Charity Commissioner in disposing of the Change Report proceedings. Undertaking is accepted.
