The learned AGP Ms. R A Salunkhe, on instructions of Shri Deepak Desai - the Deputy Secretary, Co-operation Department, Government of Maharashtra, states that the proposal made by the Petitioner for leasing out the distillery of the Respondent No.3 Sugar Factory, which has been forwarded by the Commissioner of Sugar to the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation would be decided within two months from date.
