Parties through their Counsel. The grievance of the Petitioner is that its Revision filed under Section 54 of the Bombay Stamps Act 1958 is pending before the Chief Revenue Controlling Authority, Maharashtra State, Pune since th July, 2016 and the same has not been disposed of as yet. 3.
