Statement is accepted.

Having perused the investigation papers, it is noticed that victim has suffered simple injuries. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicants. Applicants were on interim protection since last about one year. They were also on interim protection before the Sessions Court. 3] That being so, in the event of arrest of the Applicants in 1/2

No.253 of 2021 dated 30/10/2021 registered with Umadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 324, 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall neither directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 26th September, 2022 to 30th September, 2022 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 4] Application is disposed of.
