Mr. Nikhil Muldewar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph 7(i) of the order dated 29/10/2018 wherein 'C.R.No.09/2018' is wrongly typed as 'C.R.No. 09/2017'. He seeks leave to amend so as to correct the crime number as 'C.R.No.09/2018'. Leave is granted. Necessary amendment be made out forthwith.

In the light of the amendment, necessary corrections be made in paragraph 1 - line no.2, paragraph 3 - line no.6 and in paragraph 7(i) - line no.1.
