(13)caw-2496.doc Applicant/Petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 81 years and as such he is desirous of the aforesaid Petition being decided during his life time. 3] For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. 4] The abovesaid Petition be kept for final disposal either on the final hearing board in the week commencing on 19th November 2018, and if there is no final hearing board, to be kept at the end of admission board on 19th November 2018, for final hearing/disposal.
