This is an application for modification of condition of attendance with the Investigating Agency imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 15.07.2013 of this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that, since the date of his release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application and after taking into consideration the observations made by this Court in the Aarti Palkar 1/2

30.APPP.874.17.doc Order dated 15.07.2013, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Anti Extortion Cell, Thane on every Monday between 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial. 4.
