Heard. The petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondent Police Authorities to register an FIR on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 29th September 2015. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that said complaint of the Petitioner was enquired into and conclusion was arrived at that the dispute raised in the said complaint is of civil nature and accordingly the Petitioner was communicated the said decision. He placed on record report of the Senior Inspector of Police, Andheri Police Station.

In the light of above, we are of the opinion that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching to the Magistrate. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition in our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
