After both these Writ Petitions were argued for some time, the petitioners state that they would be satisfied if this Court directs the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, 1/2

14. wp 12227.18.doc Solapur to dispose of the representations of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

On instructions, it is stated by Shri Kulkarni that the Education Officer will dispose of both representations within a period six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.

Needless to clarify that he shall treat the Memos of these two Petitions as representations of the petitioners and by referring to the relevant record deal with the grievance of the petitioners within the above-stated period. He shall pass a reasoned order. The Writ Petitions are disposed of by clarifying that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions.
