Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for protection for a period of four weeks. There was no protection during the pendency of this revision application. Learned counsel for the applicant is not even willing to deposit the amount on the basis of which unconditional leave has been granted to the applicant by this Court without prejudice. In such circumstances, no protection can be granted.

Now, learned counsel for the applicant, on the basis of instructions from the applicant who is present in the Court, states that an amount of Rs.98,769/- will be deposited by the petitioner in this Court within a period of one week from today. 5.

If this amount is indeed deposited within a period of one week, then, the condition imposed in the impugned order to remain stayed for a period of four weeks from today. 6.

With the liberty as aforesaid, this revision application stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the revision, the civil application also stands disposed of.
