This petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeks disposal of three applications all dated 10th August, 2017 seeking release of three bank accounts which were attached by the respondents. This release was sought under Section 110A of the Customs Act, 1962. 2.

Mr. Jetly, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that the respondents have already directed the bank to lift the attachment of all the three bank accounts, which are subject matter of this petition.
