The prayer in the Petitions is to direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune to dispose of the Interim Application No.305 of 2021 in Original Application No.740 of 2019 expeditiously. Petitioner has also sought for certain intererim reliefs against Respondents. Those interim reliefs are sought in view of the non-availability of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune on the date when the Petitions were filed. Mugdha

We are informed that the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune is fully functional. Of course, there will also be many matters which are pending. We see no reason why Petitioner should be permitted to jump the queue, but at the same time, it is open for Petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune for expeditious hearing of at least their Interim Application to protect Petitioner's interest. 3.
Petitions accordingly stand disposed.

We clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits of the matter.
