Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent-State. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this writ petition came to be filed in the year 2017, challenging the action taken by Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for shutting down operation of the Petitioner's petrol pump and taking possession of the land. He submits that he has been unable to contact his client, nor able to obtain his present status. However, he submits that the writ petition may be disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate statutory remedy, as may be available in law, if his grievance subsists. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty, as sought. It is made clear that all contentions of the Petitioner, on merits, are kept open, for raising the same in an appropriate proceedings. Sd/- Sd/- [N. B.
