Learned APP on instructions and on the basis of report submitted by Senior Prison Officer, Nagpur Central Prison submits that the applicant had undergone actual sentence of imprisonment of six years, seven months and nine days. Thereafter, he has been released on Covid parole on 16th May, 2020. The report is taken on record.
