This Interim Application is filed by the Original Plaintiff / Landlord. The suit was filed on the ground for arrears of rent and non-user. At the appellate stage, the suit was restricted on the ground of non-user. The suit has been dismissed by Trial Court and the Appellate Court. This Civil Revision Application challenging the concurrent findings. This CRA is admitted on 14 November 2011. 2.

This Interim Application is filed for appointment of the Court Commissioner. After the matter was argued for some time, advocate for the Applicant / Appellant states on instructions that he is 1/2
