The issue involved in this petition is similar to that involved in several of the Writ Petitions pending in the different High Courts. 2.

The State Bank of India accordingly filed the Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos.1904-1915 of 2015 for transfer of the proceedings pending in the various High Courts to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The Division Bench of the Apex Court by an order dated 05.02.2019 passed an order thereby transferring the proceedings pertaining to the issue involved in the various High Courts to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

In that view of the matter, the Registry is directed to transfer this Writ Petition to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. [M. S. KARNIK, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.]
