It is not in dispute that the issue raised in the Petitions is identical to the issues raised in Writ Petition No.8235 of 2018 (Prashant Lakappa Koli vs. The State of Maharashtra), which Writ Petition is disposed of by order dated 23 July 2019, copy whereof is produced by learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

O R D E R

i) In the event the Petitioners filing Representations before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department seeking refund of the amount within a period of two weeks from today, the said Representations shall be disposed of by the said Authority within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the said Representations. ii) All contentions are kept open.
