The petition is filed seeking direction to carry out investigation into F.I.R. No.I-184 of 2016 registered with Sinnar Police Station under the supervision of a superior police officer. 2.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, placed on record the report dated 21st November, 2016 from the Police Inspector, Sinnar Police Station. The report shows that the investigation into the said CR is transferred to EOW- Nashik Rural by the District Superintendent of Police-Nashik Rural by his letter dated 18th October, 2016. The said report is taken on record.

In view of the report, Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the petition, criminal application No. 424 of 2016 will not survive for consideration and the same is also disposed of.
