P.C:- Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petitions for the reason the petitioner claims that under a policy decision taken by the State of Gujarat, a High Power Committee has been constituted which is looking into the financial crisis in the power sector and is considering restructuring of the debts of companies engaged in generation of electricity and thus, petitioner proposes to file an application Tilak

2/2 901 WP 9724-19.doc before learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ahmedabad to await resolution process before the High Power Committee constituted by State of Gujarat.
